Is my personal information safe when making a donation?

Yes, your privacy and security are very important to us.

We use secure, industry-standard encryption methods to protect your personal and financial information. We send all data directly to Stripe's or PayPal, we do not store your personal data or your sensitive payment details.

How will my donation be used?

Your donation will be used to cover the costs associated with maintaining, improving, and promoting Jami. This includes material, development, security, and user support expenses, as well as supporting Jami's team.

We will be publishing a comprehensive expense report regarding the donation campaign.

How can I modify or cancel my recurring donation?

If you made your donation using a credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, you can contact us to modify or cancel your recurring donation at contact@jami.net.
